Our favorite hot sauce - packs all the heat from Cayenne, Scotch Bonnet and Ghost Peppers! Our fermentation process does tame the heat a bit and bring out a tangy flavor to the sauce. We guarantee you haven't tasted anything as unique as this sauce!

All our hot sauces are made from our farm-grown peppers, fermented in vinegar for 2-3 weeks and blended with our farm-grown garlic.
